We are delighted to announce our first Fundraising Dinner for over 2 years !

We will be hosting the evening with a full 3 course South African Themed menu, including a glass of wine, and a brief presentation on life for a South African Game Ranger.

“The thin green line. Often the last defence between sophisticated syndicated poachers and some of the most threatened wildlife. But what exactly does a ranger do and how do they even begin to protect species in these vast landscapes that are just trying to live their best life ?”

Butternut Soup 

A heart warming spicy butternut soup, served with Roostekoek traditional South African Bread

Boerewors

Well seasoned minced beef sausages, served with Chakalaka, bean & vegetable dish

Bunny Chow

A South African dish usually eaten on the go. A hollowed  loaf of bread filled with Meat curry or Vegetable curry .

Malva Pudding

A sweet pudding of South African origin. It contains apricot jam and has a spongy caramelized texture.
